Sandy wanted to do another short, this time teaming Superman & Batman together, so we took a few scenes from a JLA spec script we'd written as a writing sample and reworked them around a new plot.
The story involved a tense team-up between the two heroes as they set out to rescue Lois from Two-Face, only to learn that Lex is behind it all.
We wrote it with a low budget in mind, so there weren't going to be big f/x set pieces, but we had some cool tricks up our sleeves to give you a sense of the heroes abilities. Unfortunately, it just turned out to be too costly to produce. Undeterred, he condensed as much as he could into a "trailer" for the fictional film.
